Bory Alignment Cones – 55–90mm Bore Range – 50mm Line Boring Bar (Pair)

Designed by machinists for machinists, Bory Alignment Cones provide a fast, accurate and frustration-free method of aligning line boring bars.

Manufactured in the United Kingdom from high-strength EN19T alloy steel, these alignment cones feature an integrated clamping and jacking system that allows the collars to be securely fixed to the boring bar while the jacking screws precisely position the cones within the bore. The result is quicker set-up times, improved alignment accuracy and a simpler, more controlled installation process.

Suitable for bores ranging from 55mm to 90mm, this set is designed to fit all 50mm diameter line boring bars, making them compatible with a wide range of portable line boring systems, including S-power and other industry-standard equipment using 40mm bars.
