UK SHIPPING

Light orders are generally shipped within 3 days using Royal Mail, heavier items may be shipped using another carrier, FEDEX, DHL etc

We strive to provide tracking details for every order

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide international shipping, If your country isn't listed on the website please get in touch with us at info@bory.store and we will get a custom shipping quote to you

Orders will be Sent with the most efficient and cost effective carrier for your country, we always try to provide tracking details for your order, depending on where you are in the world this can take between 5 to 14 days.

We don't ship to PO Boxes, we have trouble with carriers rejecting these deliveries 

Your order may be subject to tarrifs, import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BORY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

DAMAGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bory.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will always try our best to work towards a solution to keep you boring.
